REAKTOR 3.0 VS. REAKTOR 2.2 ?
Probably most of you want to know what the difference between those two versions is. As the name suggests REAKTOR 3.0 is the succsessor of REAKTOR 2.2. It offers superior cooling performance, cooldown speed and temperatur control over REAKTOR 2.2 (yes that is possible, as REAKTOR 3.0 proofed).
Why two different versions?
Even though REAKTOR 3.0 is better in any aspect, REAKTOR 2.2 is still a highend CPU LN2 Pot / Liquid Nitrogen Container. REAKTOR 2.2 was and still is used by the best extreme overclockers to set up many world records. So it would be a shame to discontinue it. All the benefits of REAKTOR 3.0 come with a price. Manufacturing is a lot harder and more time consuming, the material price higher, and overall it is better. That is why we will keep REAKTOR 2.2 as a cheaper option.
Let’s get right to business:
The cooldown from 25°C down to -196°C (fullpot) takes only 2:46 min which is 1:24 min faster than REAKTOR 2.2 (4:10min). One of the craziest things is the efficiency. The complete cooldown takes only 1.2 liters of liquid nitrogen (with no load).
For the most cpus which can run fullpot, it is important to set some voltages at around -90°C to take them all the way down to -196°C. The REAKTOR takes less than 30 seconds and 0.5L LN2 to get there on a I9-11900k at 6.0GHz while running windows. So even if you have to heat up a lot, you won’t lose that much time and LN2.

Size and Compatibility:
-with most cpu sockets was one of the main goals, which we managed to achieve. The base is perfectly flat and measures 65x55mm / 75x55mm for TR. In the last production step the base gets polished, to ensure perfect smoothness. Thus the REAKTOR is compatible with:
LGA 1700, 1200/ 115X and 775
TR4 / TRX40
AM4 / AM3
LGA 2066 / 2011
-and those are by far not all! Just the most important ones.
Customizeable base size!
You want to bench Threadripper? No Problem! Just tell us what you wanna bench and we figure out the right base size for you! The standard base size is 65x55mm and this is large enough for X299 cpus and all mainstream cpus. If you want a larger Base TRX40 / TR4 this is no problem!
Temperature stability
During a Cinebench R20 run with an i9-10900k at 6.88GHz and 1.7Vcore load, the REAKTOR drops less than 2.8°C !
During the development of REAKTOR 3.0, the most important aspect for me was to further improve the temperature stability under load. In comparison to REAKTOR 2.2 the temperature drop is even more reduced. This resulted in clocking all of my cpus 15-40MHz higher with REAKTOR 3.0 in comparison to REAKTOR 2.2
The REAKTOR was designed to work best with Kingpin cooling K-type probes because they are the most accurate ones. But other K-type probes will be fine as well. Temperature is measured directly at the bottom just 1.5mm above the cpu to ensure exact measurement.

Pricing, Shipping and Ordering
The price is: 495 Euros without shipping.
Shipping to every country in the world is absolutely no problem! Just contact me with the form on the right and I will tell you the shipping costs.
What you will get:
The REAKTOR 3.0 copper base.
The aluminum extension.
A 3D printed bracket, with additionally your hwbot name and logo.
A backplate, threaded rods, springs and screws are not includetd This is because most of you own a Kingpin cooling Inferno backplate which has all of that already included. If you don’t own any mounting equipment, then just tell me and I will organize it for you.
Nethertheless you should really consider buying an Inferno backplate. It makes overclocking so much better, because the board won’t freeze and the memory won’t get that cold.
Now don’t hesitate to contact me with the form on the right if there are any uncertainties or general questions!
